Sergey Pashyan is the Chief Financial Officer at Charcuterie Artisans, leading the company’s financial strategy, accounting, treasury, and performance analysis. A seasoned CPG finance executive, he brings deep expertise in financial and operational analysis, commercial finance, and business process improvement. Prior to joining Charcuterie Artisans, Mr. Pashyan served as CFO at Sweetmore Bakeries, VP of Finance & CFO at Century Snacks, Group Finance Director at Dean Foods, and began his CPG career at Kellogg’s. He specializes in driving operational efficiency, large-scale financial management, and aligning financial strategy with manufacturing growth.
John Brock - Chief Commercial Officer

John Brock is the Chief Commercial Officer at Charcuterie Artisans, leading revenue growth and customer strategy. With 33 years in CPG sales and marketing, he has held leadership roles at Sara Lee Corporation, Oberto Foods, Teton Waters Ranch, Sauer Brands, and multiple private equity portfolio companies. Mr. Brock specializes in building dynamic sales teams, developing strategic customer relationships, and executing cross-functional growth initiatives. He holds a B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
Marty Martinez - Chief Administrative Officer, Charcuterie Artisans

Marty Martinez is the Chief Administrative Officer at Charcuterie Artisans, bringing over 20 years of experience in operational transformation and executive strategy. Having served the company for a decade, including a tenure as Chief of Staff, he specializes in M&A integration, crisis management, and organizational culture. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Securitas AB and served in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Martinez holds a Six Sigma Black Belt, a Certified Chief of Staff (CCoS) designation, and a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification.
Mario Muza - Chief Operations Officer

Mario Muza is the Chief Operations Officer at Charcuterie Artisans, overseeing all manufacturing sites and logistics. Joining the company in 2024, he brings deep expertise in the deli meat industry, previously holding leadership roles at Sofina Foods and Citterio. Mr. Muza is a specialist in Lean manufacturing and traditional Italian curing methods. He studied Civil Engineering and is actively involved with the Canadian Meat Council and North American Manufacturing Excellence Summits.
Gianni Santamaria - Chief Innovation Officer

Gianni Santamaria is the Chief Innovation Officer, where he oversees the brand's financial performance and operational strategy. During his eight-year tenure, he has advanced from Operations Manager to GM, leveraging deep expertise in food manufacturing and supply chain efficiency. A former restaurant owner and manager at Frito Lay, Mr. Santamaria holds an MBA from Brigham Young University. He is trilingual and specializes in leading diverse, cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable growth.
Zachary Andrews - Corporate Senior Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance

Zachary Andrews is the Corporate Senior Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Charcuterie Artisans, overseeing food safety protocols and regulatory compliance across all facilities. With over 15 years in food safety, he has held leadership roles at Blount Fine Foods, Mantrose-Haeuser, and Simmering Soup. Mr. Andrews holds a B.S. in Biological Studies from Arizona State University and is pursuing an M.S. in Food Safety from Michigan State University. His certifications include Advanced HACCP, PCQI, SQF Practitioner, and Certified Quality Auditor. An Eagle Scout, he takes pride in his current leadership role in scout troops for his son and daughter.
Michael Burgess - Senior Director of Marketing

Michael Burgess is the Senior Director of Marketing of Charcuterie Artisans, overseeing brand strategy and marketing execution since joining in 2021. He has advanced from Brand Manager to his current leadership role since 2023, specializing in brand storytelling, portfolio management, and new product development. Previously, he managed the $120 million Finish Dishwashing Detergent business at Reckitt, producing award winning campaigns and exemplary cross-functional leadership. Mr. Burgess holds a B.S. in Business Management from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Florida.
